 I heard about Arbotmotion from the person who would give me a ride back to work from Germain where I took my baby for all the years before you were suggested.

WHY HAVE YOU KEPT BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE(S) TO ARBORMOTION OVER THE YEARS?

  I love your service and the people and mostly I trust your judgement and know that you are not going to tell me something that needs to be done when it really does not.

IN YOUR OPINION, WHO IS THE FUNNIEST MEMBER OF THE ARBORMOTION TEAM?

I do not know who I would pick as the funniest in your group, I just love you all and thank God you are there for me and my baby. 

DO YOU LIVE IN THE ANN ARBOR AREA?

I live in Dexter MI, where I grew up.

DO YOU UTILIZE OUR SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS? 

  I do not have to utilize your shuttle service as I can walk to work at Zingerman’s Bakehouse.

HAVE YOU MET ANY OF OUR TECHNICIANS? 

 I love Mike, he takes care of my baby and knows her and how much she means to me.

WHAT DO YOU THINK SETS ARBORMOTION APART FROM OTHER INDEPENDENT SHOPS AND/OR DEALERSHIPS?

 The thing that sets you apart is the trust level.  When Germain took over at Howard Cooper, they did not know me and did not care that I had been a loyal customer for years and they made me feel that as a woman I did not know what was what with my car.  You all never make me feel that way and I always feel that I am part of your family.
