HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE(S) TO ARBORMOTION?

Almost 25 years! I first brought my car at ArborMotion when it was Swedish Engineering in August of 1993.

WHAT VEHICLE(S) DO YOU HAVE SERVICED AT OUR SHOP?

I have two cars, a 1989 Volvo 740 that I bought new that now has 305,000 miles on it. I also own a 1986 Porsche 944.

HOW DID YOU FIRST HEAR ABOUT ARBORMOTION?

I heard about ArborMotion by word of mouth. I was dissatisfied with the service I was getting at the Volvo dealer and was looking for a better shop to get work done on my car.

WHY HAVE YOU KEPT BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE(S) TO ARBORMOTION OVER THE YEARS?

The quality of the service and the friendliness of the people who work here.

IN YOUR OPINION, WHO IS THE FUNNIEST MEMBER OF THE ARBORMOTION TEAM?

 They’re all awesome!

DO YOU LIVE IN THE ANN ARBOR AREA?

Yes.

DO YOU UTILIZE OUR SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS?

Sometimes. I use the shuttle service for longer appointments and wait at the shop for oil changes.

HAVE YOU MET ANY OF OUR TECHNICIANS?

Yes, I have. Kyle and Mark have worked on my Volvo for the 25 years I have been taking it to ArborMotion. Tim and Joe in the Rennstatt Racing division of ArborMotion have worked on my Porsche.

WHAT DO YOU THINK SETS ARBORMOTION APART FROM OTHER INDEPENDENT SHOPS AND/OR DEALERSHIPS?

The same reasons I have for coming back. The quality of the workmanship, the pride everyone takes in their work and the friendliness of the staff.

HAVE YOU RECOMMENDED ARBORMOTION TO ANY OF YOUR FAMILY AND/OR FRIENDS?

Yes. I have recommended ArborMotion to my family and friends.
